Blue Edge: Youth Maritime BootCamp
Foundational EditionBlue Edge: Youth Maritime BootCamp (Foundational Edition) is AIME's flagship youth development initiative designed to introduce young people to the opportunities, careers, and innovations within the maritime and blue economy sectors.
The program provides foundational knowledge, leadership development, mentorship, and practical exposure aimed at preparing the next generation of maritime professionals, entrepreneurs, and innovators.
A Landmark Partnership Moment
Captured during the official land gift agreement ceremony, where the Chief Doctor Dappa War Canoe House of Kalaibiama Community, Opobo/Nkoro LGA, Rivers State, Nigeria, graciously by a Deed of Gift; gifted land to the Atlantic Institute of Marine Economy (AIME) for its permanent site. The historic occasion brought together AIME officials, investment partners, LGA officials and community elders on January 25, 2025.
